This agreement is entered into by the undersigned parent (referred to herein as "you" or "your") of the child named listed here and Abacus Brain Gym, LLC (referred to herein as "we", "us"or "our") on the terms and conditions set out below:

Registration fee is $69 and is not refundable. This is a fee charged at enrollment and will secure your child's enrollment space for the class he/she is registered. Your child will get an Abacus Brain Gym's backpack/t-shirt, an Abacus Explorer software, an abacus, a binder for the homework sheets, a lanyard indicating the current grade, and a medal at the end of the semester.

Registration fee will be reassessed if students have been inactive for more than 12 months in the program. The tuition fee for each grade is clearly stated in the selection box per grade/level and may increase or decrease from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any price increase/decrease.

Tuition fee includes the supply & service fee throughout the school sessions. Full tuition for one whole level should be paid before or by the first class. Tuition is not refundable after the third week of class. Tuition and other fees must be paid in full without deduction for absences of any duration or for any cause.

Our program requires us to engage staff based upon the number of children enrolled and other operational costs are incurred on the basis of fixed levels of enrollment. These costs are not eliminated when a child is temporarily absent or withdrawn from the class. You agree to pay full tuition even if you decide to withdraw your child from the class in the middle of the semester.
